The Role

As Social Media Marketing Executive, you’ll drive our organic social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Your work will build vibrant, engaged communities and amplify our mission to make nutrition accessible for all.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s both creative and analytical, ready to create compelling content and grow our social presence. You’ll play a key role in shaping the online voice of a rapidly growing brand with big goals for social media.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the social media calendar, working with the wider marketing team to create and align content with our business goals and content plan.
  • Identifying key trends across platforms and adapting these to ensure they are reflective of the brand and our niche.
  • Create engaging and dynamic content end-to-end (images, videos, and copy), with a strong focus on video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. This may involve the use of Adobe to create static content and video editing software.
  • Be comfortable both in front of the camera and directing others to produce authentic and relatable content.
  • Manage and leverage community engagement by interacting with followers and collaborating with our Customer Service team to provide top-tier responses, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly across all channels.
  • Participate in LIVE TikTok shopping sessions, showcasing and selling our range of supplements to engaged audiences.
  • Supporting the Brand Manager with management of our Ambassador Programme and regularly engaging with ambassadors across social platforms.
  • Produce and report on KPI’s across channels and highlight and spot trends for opportunities and future content.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of social media/marketing experience, ideally in an e-commerce environment for a fast-growing brand.
  • Experienced on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong creative skills, including content creation, copywriting, and video editing.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A genuine curiosity and passion for nutrition, health, and wellness is a plus
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is beneficial but not required.
