Role Overview:


As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional support to staff. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of payroll processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
