ABOUT THE ROLE​


Reporting to the Head of UK Retail​


You will be pivotal in growing and managing a mix of customers across Grocery and Wholesale and looking to increase our stocking points across the UK. Ensuring we​ maximize the opportunity in our retailers to maintain our position as the best-selling​ vegan protein bar in the market, boost rate of sale, entice new shoppers and increase​

revenue.​

RESPONSIBILITES


  • Supporting the Head of UK Retail on key grocery accounts. ​
  • Responsibility for analysing EPOS and category data and making recommendations for growing velocity. ​
  • Ensuring all key accounts promotions and trade activations are submitted on time and executed in store. ​
  • Managing the relationships with Regional customers to ensure mutual sustainable growth ​
  • Supporting on national partners (e.g. Brakes and Bidfood) to drive ROS.​
  • Aligning product forecasts with the operations team to ensure smooth supply to all customers on time in full. ​
  • Working cross functionally with the finance team on weekly and month end reporting.​
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to manage and review retailer & shopper marketing activities to drive sales.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Success in this role is heavily linked to top line growth in strategic accounts​
  • Experience in using data and category insights to develop the sales strategy and story.​
  • Experience in managing P+L’s and making decisions that balance revenue growth and profitability.​
  • Have had some experience in building something from scratch, from winning new listings, developing new sales channels, and launching new products into market.​
  • Able to handle set-backs and develop alternative paths forward and seek out new opportunities.​
  • Passionate about scaling brands and an understanding of the relentless effort that is required.
