The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the UK by introducing innovative solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to overall business success. This is a rare opportunity for individuals with little to no sales experience to kick-start their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Our client is dedicated to your development. You will participate in an industry-leading sales academy tailored to your role, culminating in an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. Continuous coaching, mentoring, and guidance from their experienced leadership team will ensure you unlock your full potential.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of 80 SME customers. Your goal is to nurture relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities, particularly in cybersecurity and managed services.
Once trained, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
- Engaging regularly with decision-makers and influencers.
- Identifying opportunities to expand engagement within the customer’s organisation.
- Leading the sales process from opportunity creation through discovery, solution design, proposal, and closing.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas by tracking performance and proactively driving opportunities to close.
