brand globally.


Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand and sales to new heights. This vital role is designed for a visionary and strategic professional committed to making a meaningful impact on our market presence and e-commerce success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and drive the day-to-day brand marketing operations.


  • Strategic: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Monpure’s goals, focusing on market penetration and sales growth.


  • E-commerce Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing plans, particularly on Shopify, to meet sales targets and objectives. Optimize all facets of the Shopify platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.


  • Agency Management: Serve as the primary liaison for all partner agencies, overseeing their performance to ensure KPIs are met, across paid advertising, affiliate marketing, SEO and PR.


  • Digital and Growth Strategy: Manage the entire digital marketing landscape, including PPC campaigns (agency), SEO/SEM (agency), email marketing, and affiliate programs (agency), aiming to boost traffic and conversions on Shopify.


  • Campaign Development and Management: Create innovative campaign ideas and complete advertising funnels for both paid and organic efforts, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and retail strategies. Create, propose and deliver effective, innovative and engaging marketing campaigns underpinned by a solid business case. Our in-house videographer will be reporting to you.


  • Product and Market Insight Collaboration: Work closely with external development teams to integrate product features and customer feedback into marketing strategies.


  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics and KPIs from the Shopify platform and digital marketing efforts to track progress, identify improvement areas, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.


  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Engage with teams across sales, brand, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and support for marketing and product initiatives.


  • Digital Retail Partners Management: Manage digital retail partners that require tailored marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals (e.g. our Amazon store).


  • Customer Experience Management: Oversee the customer service platform to ensure a seamless digital experience, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.


  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights, progress, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in marketing management, with a significant focus on digital and e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, particularly in e-commerce environments.
  • Experience launching and driving brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand’s awareness and consumer acquisition.
  • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO, PPC, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing both internal teams and external agencies.
  • Be able to handle multiple projects, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to mock up ideas visually to give direction and vision to the team.
