We are looking for a motivated Executry Paralegal / Private Client Solicitor with good experience in all aspects of private client work. We are committed to providing exceptional legal services.

Primary Duties:

  • Executory administration;
  • Guardianship applications; and
  • Inheritance Tax forms
  • General Private Client business.
  • Managing an individual caseload and leading client relationships
  • Helping with cases involving adults with incapacity, such as applying for and managing guardianships
  • Engaging in business development efforts for the Practice Area, catering to both existing and new clients


Necessary Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Private Client Experience
  • A commitment and capacity to provide the highest level of care and service
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Private Client work
  • Proactive in managing workload, maintaining quality and responsiveness
  • A team-oriented individual, eager to share knowledge with junior team members and learn from colleagues for personal growth
  • A positive mindset with a solution-oriented approach when faced with challenges
  • Adept at adjusting communication and advice based on client needs
  • Ambitious, driven, and personable, with a desire to contribute to the Firm
