As a Private Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading their existing and substantial Private Client practice and expanding their offering in Central Scotland. Your extensive knowledge and experience in areas such as estates and tax planning, wills and trusts, probate administration, and wealth preservation will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance to our valued clients. You will be part of a wider team and will be fully supported.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Private Client team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to junior lawyers
- Manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional legal services and building strong relationships
- Advise clients on complex Private Client matters, including inheritance tax planning, succession planning, and asset protection
- Oversee the preparation of wills, trusts, and other legal documents
- Handle trusts and estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing effective solutions
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and industry trends to provide innovative strategies that safeguard clients' interests

Qualifications and Skills:

- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in Private Client law
- Proven track record of managing and growing a Private Client practice
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as estate planning, trusts and executries
- Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to provide personalised service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
