Sustainable Building Services, a leading provider of retrofit residential decarbonisation works in the UK and winner of multiple awards, is looking for an experienced Project/Software Technician to join our fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the companywide digitalisation including the implementation of Procure and similar platforms.


Main responsibilities will include

  • Developing, maintaining and updating software platforms
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Providing technical support to staff
  • Travel to additional sites that require further assistance as and when required
  • Training new staff on how to use IT equipment and software
  • Liaising with third party stakeholders i.e. IT support, platform suppliers & professional services
  • Drive innovation and change
  • Attend regular meetings and gain an understanding of requirements business wide
  • Develop functional analytics for reporting purposes
  • Keeping SBS Programme Manager up to date on developments, challenges and processes for review
