About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Entrepreneur in Residence to join our global team and spearhead the growth of our portfolio companies. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the reins of acquired businesses, own their performance, and work closely with leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities for exponential growth.


You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence across all functions, from sales and marketing to finance and customer success. If you have a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments and thrive on transforming challenges into opportunities, let’s connect


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading day-to-day operations and owning the P&L of acquired B2B software companies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implementing a combination of battle-tested strategies to unlock growth and scalability.
  • Managing and motivating acquired teams, fostering a culture of efficiency, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Driving operational excellence across all departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
  • Reporting directly to executive management on key business and financial metrics to guide strategic decision-making.


What You’ll Need

  • 0-5 years of experience in a high-growth startup or equivalent, with demonstrated success in driving measurable results.
  • Unmatched hunger and ambition shown through professional, educational, or extracurricular achievements.
  • Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, often for sustained periods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to product management, customer-centric roles, or entrepreneurial endeavors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (USA, Middle East) or relocate permanently to meet business needs.
