Job Summary:
The Position holder is responsible for supporting the recruiting function as a Recruitment Intern, assisting with the entire recruitment process. The position reports to the EUR Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Involvement in assessment days by assisting to organize
- Attendance at career fairs and events to attract new talent
- Organization of internal recruitment activities
- Requesting packages for new hire candidates
- Coordinates onboarding of new candidates, assisting with document collection, medical and visa support
- Communicating with learning centers and HSE Team to register new employees for training
- Supporting the intake of new interns, 3rd year placements, and Field Summer Internships
- Processing candidate expenses
- Submitting requests for purchase orders
- Maintaining relationships with universities and schools across Europe
Qualifications:
- In process of obtaining a bachelor's degree or a master’s degree in Business Management, or Human Resources
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
A valid right to work status in the UK is required for the whole duration of the internship.
