We are a trusted supplier, offering a wide range of quality products—including reusable and disposable gloves, disposable workwear, infection control solutions, disposable aprons, and bags—delivering to multiple sectors, businesses, and homes throughout the UK and overseas.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Polyco Healthline team within our sales department as a Customer Sales Executive (CSE).


Role Overview: As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be a vital part of our internal sales team, responsible for generating sales through outbound and incoming calls, as well as electronic interactions with customers. Your primary focus will be to promote and sell our full product range to both new and existing customers, driving market growth and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on budgeted sales and gross margin for allocated accounts.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call targets.
  • Retain and grow existing business revenues.
  • Plan and schedule customer interactions effectively to maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stock control and finance teams to manage all customer interactions professionally, from order queries to account applications and complaints.
  • Utilise CRM to record and update all customer activities and sales pipeline movements promptly.
  • Follow up on quotations, sample requests, and provide necessary product information.
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to ensure seamless service for all customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions, and support customer visits when required.
  • Develop leads and identify new business opportunities, presenting them to the Sales Manager.
  • Negotiate Trading Agreements as required.


Qualifications:

  • Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with commercial acumen.
  • Experience in the glove and PPE industry is desirable (training will be provided).
