Job Description: As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with our business goals. You will be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, providing strategic HR support and guidance to drive our organizational objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our employee experience, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective management of our talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures as needed.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
