Having successfully brought the platform to market, they are now poised for exponential growth and seeking a visionary Founding Sales Lead to lead the charge. Their proprietary technology seamlessly integrates with industry-leading platforms like Snowflake and AWS, enabling retailers to gain a competitive edge through rapid, consumer-centric decision-making.


The Role

This is a pivotal Founding Sales Lead position, focused on new business development within the UK's largest retail landscape. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. The role demands a hunter mentality and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives across marketing, merchandising, pricing, and supply chain functions. Initially, the successful candidate will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. As the sales team grows, they will transition into a strategic leadership role, shaping the sales strategy and building a high-performing sales organization.


The Package

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth start-up at an inflection point. The successful Founding Sales Lead can command a base salary of £80-£90k, a double OTE, and equity, the role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the company's trajectory.


Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in SaaS sales, ideally within the data and analytics domain. A deep understanding of sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC, is essential. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, start-up environment is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment.
