In this role, you will collaborate with the Head Chef to execute and improve on a diverse and delicious selection for In-Room Dining.

In the role of Senior In Room Dining Chef, your key focus will be to:

  • Manages delivery of breakfast lunch, dinner, special events and any other menu offering of In Room Dining
  • ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times
  • ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel
  • follow closely the recipe specifications to ensure consistency of the food
  • ensure all mise-en-place is set up accordingly

Do you have?

  • previous similar experience within a 5* luxury hotel environment with outlet restaurants
  • interest and passion in learning
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • excellent attention to detail
  • food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
