Role: Talent Administrator

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. 08:30 to 17:00.


Overview

The Talent Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, professional development, and talent management processes across our schools. This position ensures the efficient execution of these functions while maintaining a seamless experience for both candidates and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support the full talent acquisition process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Liaise with senior leaders on interview scheduling and candidate monitoring, and handle pre-employment checks for compliance.
  • Manage recruitment administration, including handling inquiries, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Participate in talent acquisition events like open days and job fairs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Learning and Development, coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Contribute to improving talent administration processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent team, ensuring timely and effective task completion.


Knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience in an administration role or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience of performing administrative duties
  • Demonstrable experience of providing a regular and effective service
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting in recruitment and talent function
  • Demonstrable experience of assisting external and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
