Bethnal Green UK, East London, United Kingdom Skilled Careers Full time

This Senior Project Manager role involves working with a notable main contractor on a significant residential-led regeneration project in East London.

The project includes a diverse range of elements, such as 76 affordable homes for social rent and shared ownership, 374 private homes for sale, a new leisure centre, and a 1,500-pupil secondary school.

These components are designed to transform the area, with the affordable housing and amenities being funded in part by the sale of private homes.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project's successful delivery, ensuring it meets both quality and budget targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the delivery of the residential and commercial elements of the scheme.

• Overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Liaising with external parties such as architects, subcontractors, and consultants.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Reporting progress to senior stakeholders and resolving any issues or delays.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £105,000 with a generous package that includes pension contributions, private healthcare and travel paid for etc.
