Within the Administration team, this role will support the Office Manager and Senior Management Team.


We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident at asking the right questions, who can manage a large administrative burden and who is looking to effectively contribute to a growing business.

Responsibilities


Office Administration

  • Providing administrative support to the office manager and senior management team inc:
  • Managing schedules, and arranging meetings, appointments and diaries
  • Preparing reports
  • Minute Taking
  • Managing Expense Claims
  • Booking Travel & Hotels
  • Organising events
  • Being the first point of contact for IT issues
  • Running small errands


Reception Duties

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Management of post received, ensuring timely distribution
  • Outbound post


General Office Duties

  • General management of meeting rooms (diary) and servicing meetings (drinks)
  • Management of the office (clearing of cups / glasses etc. from meeting rooms, cleaning the kitchens throughout the day)


Requirements


  • Display confidence to be able to carry out the role
  • Use own initiative and propose effective solutions to solving problems
  • Comfortable working on own with limited supervision and as part of a small team
  • Smart business-like approach to work and appearance
  • Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge in a similar role
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to manage own workload, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience of Microsoft office, especially Excel, to intermediate level
