An well established education consultancy is looking for an exceptional Senior Client and Tutor Manager to join their thriving business.
This team member will be key to the success of the company and there is huge progression opportunity within the organisation.
Main responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for new and existing clients and tutors. Manage the ongoing relationship with our close network of discerning clients and experienced tutors.
- Having taken time to understand our clients’ needs, offer bespoke solutions from our range of services from private tuition programmes to educational consultancy. Match and select the most suitable tutors based on a client’s specific and varying requirements and create bespoke programmes to meet their needs.
- Work with the team to ensure that all the needs of our clients and tutors are met, that we provide outstanding client care and continue to expand our service offerings.
Main tasks involve, but are not limited to:
- Closely managing the sales process from the initial call from potential/existing clients all the way to job placement, timesheets, invoicing and obtaining feedback from clients.
- Creating bespoke tuition timetables for home/online tuition as well as revision courses.
- Recruiting and training of tutors (helping manage tutor applications and selecting suitable tutors to interview, taking interviews, partaking in training sessions etc.)
- Maintaining close relationships with tutors, to keep up to date with their availability and areas of teaching expertise.
- Providing an exemplary customer experience by ensuring that client enquiries are answered efficiently and professionally.
- Building relationships with existing stakeholders; including referrers, schools, education consultants and concierge companies.
- Keeping our tutor and client database accurate & up-to-date (working with our bespoke CRM database).
- Contributing ideas to newsletters, blogs and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the company.
- Salary dependent on relevant experience
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Enrollment into company Pension Scheme
- 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- This role is based in our office in West London
Please note that we are currently not offering a hybrid working model and therefore your presence is required in the office every day.
