THE ROLE


We are looking for a Cluster Manager for London to join our Retail Team.


Your goal as Cluster Manager will be to guide your teams by ensuring the application of business strategies in the boutiques in your area, to work together to achieve challenging goals and to make sure that your teams and customers are fully satisfied. You’ll be an example with your organizational skills, respecting the quality standards that distinguish each of our boutiques.


Cluster Managers are also responsible for the recruitment and training of Store Managers, supporting with the same for Assistant Managers where needed. Close collaboration with the UK Leadership team means you are never far from the centre of the action, and will be called upon for regular reporting and feedback on the business to help guide decision making and measure results.


We are looking for:


  • 2 years+ at Store Manager level or above in a retail or hospitality environment
  • A track record positively impacting KPIs in your current role
  • A demonstrable Food & Hygiene, HACCP knowledge and expertise
  • Experience training Supervisors, Assistant Managers and new Store Managers to a high standard and a proactive approach to self development
  • A ‘big picture’ mindset, able to translate global/ national strategy into local action
  • A passion for fine chocolate, gelato and Italian food culture.
  • A self motivated, adaptable, solutions focused person able to contribute to both detail and wider strategy
  • A desire to take ownership of projects and your own set of results
