Working from new and modern offices based near to Middlewich, you will use your brokerage knowledge to support and consult clients across the UK, offering them tailored solutions that match their exact needs, exceed expectations, and guarantee repeat and ongoing opportunities.

Key Duties:
- Attending client visits and making initial contact
- Negotiation and presentation to insurers in order to secure most appropriate cover for the client
- Prospecting new leads
- Presentation of recommendations and cover to the client
- Securing cross selling business and referrals
- Monitoring sales performance in line with targets
- Ensuring all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an Account Executive role within a broker environment
- New Business sales experience
- Working knowledge of all Commercial Insurance products
- Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
- Proficient on systems
- Well organised with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Cert CII qualifications desirable
