As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulations and operates within a sound regulatory framework. You will be a part of the company's second line of defence, working closely with the compliance team.


In this Regulatory Compliance Analyst role, you can expect to:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, with a primary focus on MiFIDII and PSD2 regulations
  • Prepare, review and submit regulatory reports to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, and proactively implement necessary changes
  • Support compliance audits, including internal and external assessments, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

  • Proficiency analysing complex regulatory requirements and translating them into practical solutions

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new regulatory changes and implement appropriate policies and procedures.
