Your Role:

As a Security Regulatory Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the energy sector. You will be responsible for:

  • Writing policies, procedures, and documentation from scratch to align with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis of cybersecurity regulations and standards applicable to the energy sector, including NIS Directive, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and address cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and guidance on security regulatory compliance matters to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and emerging threats to proactively identify areas for improvement and enhance our cybersecurity posture.


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity regulatory compliance, particularly within the energy sector or Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to write policies, procedures, and documentation from scratch, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the energy sector, such as NIS Directive, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements.
