Job Title: Biddable & Paid Social Specialist (Freelance)
Rate: £150p/d-£350p/d
Arrangements: 1 day per week
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our in-house team and help us drive cost-efficient sales for our marketplace products. You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team of social media experts to push the boundaries of performance marketing, focusing on strategy, innovation, and optimisation to ensure we hit our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Cost Management: Develop and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Shopping with a laser focus on reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while hitting performance targets such as ROAS and CPA.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvements in creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Google Shopping & Feed Health: Oversee and optimise Google Shopping campaigns, including managing Google Merchant Center and CSS. Collaborate with product teams to ensure feed health and product listings are optimized for maximum performance.
- Advanced Audience Targeting: Leverage data-driven audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and first-party data to effectively reach and convert high-value segments, driving scalable sales growth.
- Budget & Spend Optimisation: Actively manage and optimize ad spend across channels, reallocating budgets in real-time based on performance to achieve cost and acquisition targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and product teams to produce high-performing ad assets and ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition that aligns with broader marketing goals.
- Reporting, Insights & Competitive Analysis: Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights on CAC, ROAS, and cost trends. Stay ahead of competitors and industry trends to ensure strategies remain competitive and cost-effective.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Shopping with a strong focus on driving e-commerce sales and achieving ROAS and CPA targets.
- Strong ability to analyse data, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
