SEND Coffee, standing for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, is a nonprofit charity project that works to help people with a wide range of disabilities gain meaningful adult life skills and employment in the UK coffee industry. Beyond this, we also work to make the coffee industry a more accessible place with events, research, and partnerships.


We recently restructured our organisation into a team of generalists - key people who have a huge range of experience across the coffee industry, the charity sector, or both. These amazing managers are people who work across our three main areas of the company, namely


  • Wholesale (B2B Relationship management)
  • Retail (Our own shops and their running)
  • Impact (Working with our beneficiaries, giving talks, and running events)


You would be joining this team as an additional member, at the most seniour level in our company.


This job would suit a wide range of people, but the things you must have are;


  • A passion for our mission statement
  • Be London based
  • Have meaningful experience in at least one area of the role
  • Have good foundational knowledge of all areas of the role i.e. coffee shops or working with SEN
  • Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
