You will be joining the company as an Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant, working closely with your team and playing a pivotal role in the organisation. The role will suit someone who has strong experience with Oracle HCM with a solid understanding of business processes. In addition to these technical skills, successful candidates should be highly motivated and focus on collaboration.



Responsibilities of the Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant


  • Collaborating and engaging with external suppliers to lead future developments within HR
  • Consulting with stakeholders on changes and developments via the use of Oracle HCM
  • Supporting stakeholders and providing training for Oracle HCM use to ensure adequate planning of upcoming solutions
  • Delivering requirement analytics and giving guidance on planning and estimation dependencies



Experience of the Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant


  • Proficiency with Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Core HR modules are recommended
  • Extensive experience with HCM implementation
  • Ability to design, implement and consult upon Oracle HCM within a compounded working environment
  • Intermediate knowledge with additional Oracle HCM modules is desired but not a mandatory requirement
