We are looking to recruit two New Business Development Executives into our sales team.


Who are we looking for?

You should be an experienced, detailed orientated, salesperson.

Someone who is experienced in consultative selling predominately over the telephone and is comfortable with long sales cycles.


Our ideal candidate has tenacity, qualification skills and knows how to close a deal.


What do you bring to our team?

Sales experience is required in both finding new clients and account management skills.

You should be gritty, resilient, upbeat, self-motivated and customer focused.

We will provide comprehensive consultative and conceptual Sales and industry training.


This role requires creative thinking and emotional intelligence to bring the individual needs of the corporate clients to life and develop creative interventions to fit their needs accordingly.


Who we are

We were established 30 years ago and have an enviable reputation in the training industry. We have customers who have been using our services for 30 years and this is something we are very proud of.


We provide training interventions in the form of open and closed courses delivered nationally in person face to face and virtually. We create programmes for blue chip, multi nationals, public and private sector who require expert training in Management and IT skills and qualifications. You will bring on board new clients and work with them to establish their training needs matching these to our extensive portfolio of services.


You will be working predominately on the telephone and also attending exhibitions. After the training period the role is a choice of either office based or hybrid working (2 days a week).


Responsibilities

  • Find and develop new clients from within our CRM system
  • Apply creative and enthusiastic cold calling to create your pipeline
  • Build rapport and maintain contact with clients
  • Develop new and exciting communications to keep our offering fresh to the customer
  • Develop solutions to fit customer needs
  • Work to sales targets


Qualifications

  • Extensive New Sales and Account management experience
  • Enjoy selling over the telephone
  • Writing proposals for the clients based on their needs
  • Strong Qualification and Closing skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
