Zachary Daniels are pleased to be partnering with partnering in a search for Construction Project Manager with experience in large commercial or industrial buildings (such as hospitals, warehouses, office blocks) to lead the project from brief to completion on a 2 year fixed term contract.

Key Accountabilities for the Construction Project Manager role:

  • Liaise with architects, contractors and designers on site
  • Play a key role in negotiations and ensure the project is running within budget
  • Conduct site surveys
  • Lead in ensuring the project meets all building regulations
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Be the lead on communications to all key stakeholders
  • Issue all legal paperwork
  • Support the refurbishment teams with the procurement of all assets


For our clients Construction Project Manager role you will:

  • Formal qualification in building surveying or construction
  • Be an existing Construction Project Manager or a highly developed Assistant Project Manager
  • Be experienced in large building projects with budgets circa £2m
  • Thorough understanding of building regulations, CDM regulations and Local Planning
  • Previous experience in dealing with external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy problem solving
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in Excel, Powerpoint and One Note

A salary of up to £45,000 on a 2 year FTC with bonus and benefits package
