We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controller to join our team at MIGSO-PCUBED. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, resource management, risk assessment, cost control, estimating, and project communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage project schedules, including tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop estimates for project costs
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. You will be an effective and influential communicator, an open and collaborative team-player, and passionate about continuous learning.
You will have a strong understanding and experience of project management, including at least one of the following: project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk assessment, and/or resource management. Proficiency in Earned Value Management or estimating techniques would be an advantage, as would exposure to Primavera P6 for those with a project planning specialty.
You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work on client site with multiple stakeholders. Good analytical skills with the ability to work on complex issues, and communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner are essential.
