If successful, key role responsibilities will include...

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge in the market


This is a rare and exciting opportunity for people with no or little sales experience but a desire to achieve and a willingness to learn.


Over the first three months, you will be enrolled in Furza’s industry leading and Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. You also will receive an industry recognised Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation throughout the training programme. You can read sales success stories here.


This robust but rewarding training ensures you’re equipped with the core skills and frameworks to deliver immediate results for your role. Alongside training, Furza will provide ongoing coaching, management, mentoring and support to enable you to reach your full potential.
