Ecommerce Manager - Hybrid / Manchester / £35k-£40k


A dynamic Manchester-based retail company is seeking an E-commerce Manager to steer their online retail presence with passion and precision. This exciting opportunity involves becoming an integral part of one of their high-performing teams, contributing to their continued success and growth of their renowned brand.


Responsibilities:

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be the architect of the company's online sales strategy. Your role will involve:


  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Analysing data to drive sales performance and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the e-commerce vision with broader company goals.
  • Leading projects to enhance website functionality and user experience.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record, 3+ years, in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce technology.
  • Fully competent with Microsoft excel
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
