As a Managing Director, you will be responsible for multi-site delivery and managing client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies.


If you were already in this Managing Director role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:


  • Maintaining and developing contract reporting and monitoring to contractual requirements captured in the Monthly Reports
  • Leading the growth and retention strategy of new and existing business in your sector through developing long-term account plans, including a rolling lifecycle review process
  • Accurately reviewing business performance and ensuring the delivery of key financial targets

  • Experience managing high turnover client business with a mix of fixed price, cost plus and commercial business
  • Excellent influencing, coaching and people development skills
  • Experience in strategic development and delivery and experience in managing large and complex teams over multiple geographical locations
  • Experience of multi-site delivery within hospitality would be greatly advantageous
