As Content Assistant our chosen candidate will report to our Senior Brand Marketing Lead and work closely with the CBO and Senior Creative Designer, taking responsibility for creative ideation & execution for our social and email channels (particularly Instagram) and bringing to life innovative content assets. You will be key to supporting the CBO and Brand Marketing Lead in increasing our marketing objectives of increasing social following and engagement.


We are looking for someone who is content obsessed with your finger closely on the pulse of the social space and emerging digital trends, a creative mind who is also an organised and well-rounded individual. You will be responsible for developing and delivering content to take the HERA brand to the next level across social and email, and building our engaged community.[GU1] Your role will drive brand awareness, visibility and credibility within the industry whilst educating and exciting the HERA community, as well as driving trading moments and revenue.


Main accountabilities-

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Lead to develop and deliver the brands’ social media content for organic and paid social and email marketing
  • Focus on Instagram and Tiktok
  • Manage the daily flow of content planning in line with current partnerships, campaigns and key calendar dates, including copywriting and publishing
  • Briefing and execution for social content, paid media content, and email content throughout the seasons.
  • Working on our product campaign, brand campaign, and e-commerce photoshoots with the wider brand team
  • Developing our social media aesthetic – crafting the brand aesthetic and cementing HERA on social media
  • Takes full responsibility for managing all posts across social and email channels
  • Put together content creation briefs, with the ability to communicate & pass these to a wider team in a way that can be executed correctly, or execute these yourself when necessary
  • Have a well-rounded and natural ability to create content in various formats
  • Native phone content
  • Basic Photoshop skills would be ideal (or willingness to be trained)
  • Have a great imagination and creative mind, with a finger on the pulse for what our community finds engaging and exciting
  • Have a clear feel for the brand and our tone of voice, with a confident approach to the high standard we hold all visual creativity to
  • Have a super organised approach to all work with effective communication skills, allowing you to provide clear and concise instructions, particularly within short time constraints
  • Can work independently using your initiative, but also work well within a close-knit team in a collaborative style environment

You have:


  • Graduate level or above
  • Experience generating UGC style content and social-first content
  • Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut
  • Photoshop skills are favored but not required
  • Strong creative skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
