Your New Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working remotely to drive the expansion of the company’s charging network across the North of the UK with a particular focus on the northwest. Your primary responsibility will be to sell EV chargers to retail clients, securing deals that enable these businesses to become part of the growing EV infrastructure. While a telemarketer will assist you by booking appointments and generating leads, you will also be expected to proactively source new business opportunities, conduct site identification, and engage directly with potential clients. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients within retail, hospitality and leisure.


Your Background

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales/Business Development, with experience in retail being a significant advantage. Candidates with an interest in sustainability will thrive in this role. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting, and comfortable with regular travel for site identification and client meetings.


In Return

You will receive a competitive base salary of £50K, with an OTE of £80K - £85K Uncapped, along with a company vehicle and the flexibility to work remotely.
