This role will require an individual that has a genuine interest in ESG and must be comfortable working very closely with the front office as they expand their ESG offering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice & guidance to the business on ESG regulations.
  • Identify new ESG regulatory developments relevant to the business and communicate these findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop internal policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships across the business and external parties with regard to ESG.
  • Develop training on ESG.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years ESG experience working within a fund management business, ideally from within Compliance or similarly focused department.
  • Excellent understanding of ESG regulations including SDR &, SFDR.
  • Knowledge of funds, UCITS & AIFS, preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
