Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day support to patients with their orders and enquiries
  • Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, live chat)
  • Collaborate with clinical, non-clinical, and tech teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain patient records accurately


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting (NHS, primary care, etc.)
  • Confidence using various tech platforms (e.g., CRM systems, communication tools)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
