Fram are working with a Fintech firm who are seeking an experienced paraplanner or advisor to act as a Customer Success Manager and work with their Financial planning clients. The firm have designed a new and very successful software to help streamline the paraplanning process and need individuals experienced in the planning space who can manage their new client accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Review and validate AI-generated suitability letters for accuracy and compliance
- Provide expert feedback to improve their AI model's performance
- Engage with financial advising firms to demonstrate their AI-driven solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert in financial advisory practices and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with their tech team to enhance their product offerings
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
The company has already secured agreements with several large financial planning firms and is currently experiencing high demand for the software. The role is employed, offers hybrid working, once passed probation period, a basic salary and bonus. Full training will be provided on how to present/recommend and use the software. This is a great opportunity for a Paraplanner or Advisor who wants to stay in the industry but do something different. Ideally someone who has a passion for technology and its application in financial services.
Applicants MUST come from a UK PP or Financial advice background, as this will allow them to understand the issues firms face during the Paraplanning process and provide content around the benefits of the new software. Have an in-depth knowledge of suitability letters, financial regulatory compliance, and the advising market along with being happy to present and offer guidance on the software to clients via video call.
