Location – Camberley – Hybrid/Flexible working


Salary – Up to £35,000 Basic DOE

Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 4:30pm


Fantastic opportunity to join a global medical device company as an Inside Sales Representative must be able to speak Fluent Dutch and French.


You will play a crucial role in supporting the Inside Sales Team and Territory Managers. This position involves managing all aspects of account administration, developing customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.


If you are a self-starter who is passionate about improving customer outcomes and has a passion for maintaining relationships this could be the role for you.


Key Responsibilities:


- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

- Work closely with TMs to address any issues and ensure smooth account operations.

- Provide support for Account Managers as required.

- Set up and process new orders

- Build relationships with healthcare and procurement professionals

- Drive customer service standards and maintain agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

- Maintain a high degree of accuracy when entering data (customer management systems)

- Offer solutions to improve efficiencies and streamline workflows.

- Assist in financial processes and order management.

- Ensure proper and timely invoicing.

- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports.

- Organize and update internal databases and published studies.

- Manage a portfolio of accounts and their funding pathways.


Required Qualifications/Experience:


- Fluent Dutch, French and English

- Proven experience in account administration and relationship management with be an advantageous.

- Fast learner someone who is up for a challenge

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A passion for delivering excellent service.

- Empathetic approach to customer interactions.

- Tech Savy
