Catalyst Partners is delighted to work with a world-leading multi-asset alternative investment firm looking for a Benefits Specialist on a 6-9 month FTC. Reporting to the HR director, you will be crucial in developing and implementing streamlined benefits and pensions policies across their EMEA locations, focusing on enhancing employee experience and ensuring compliance with local regulations.


This role can either be full-time or part-time and will be eligible for a completion bonus.


Key elements of the role:

  • Manage processes for new joiners, leavers, renewals and administrative tasks.
  • Create and implement consistent policies for pensions, risk benefits and PMI across EMEA locations.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive policy implementation and adherence.
  • Coordinate with brokers (primarily WTW for larger regions and various brokers for other areas) and use Benefex for UK-specific benefits administration.


Desired experience:

  • Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Proficiency in working with brokers and benefits administration platforms (experience with Benefex is a plus).
  • Pragmatic with a can-do attitude, capable of hitting the ground running and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised and detail-orientated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
