Retail Sales Executive who is motivated by providing excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets. You will be working in a team to deliver the highest standards of customer service to your portfolio of customers, the successful candidate will sell and promote the Wacoal Europe brands. You will be capable of generating sales with the customer through building exceptional relationships and understanding the customer’s needs; to meet and exceed a sales plan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Manager to manage, maintain and grow existing accounts
- Establish and develop our best selling ‘Most Loved’ collections
- Identify new customers and business opportunities
- Take ownership of learning brands, product categories and work collaboratively with buyers to drive sales growth.
- Identify, present and feedback opportunities to Sales Manager.
- Gathering market and customer data and providing feedback on buying trends.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Embrace Company Values so they are embedded and followed in all day-to-day activities.
Qualifying Criteria
- At least 2 years B2B wholesale experience, with a proven track record of success within apparel sales
- Confident and competent in communicating at all levels, both verbally and in writing; delivering a compelling sales message.
- Focused and driven on achieving the highest standards of customer service alongside achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Numerate, able to analyse and utilise data.
- Intermediate level ability – Microsoft packages
- Clean Driving license
