About the Role: Repairs Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Repairs Administrator to provide vital administrative support to our MRO department and commercial executives. This role involves liaising with customers, MRO Executives and repair shops to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the repair orders process from receipt of goods, chasing repair facilities through to on-time completion
- Addressing and solving customer queries promptly and effectively
- Providing comprehensive customer quotes with full training support
- Organising logistics and shipment of completed repairs
