We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join their team, someone who can harness the power of email to forge deeper connections with our listeners and drive podcast brands forward.


The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the podcast’s email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, leveraging insights and analytics to grow our subscriber base and enhance engagement with our brand. You'll be at the forefront of developing strategies that captivate our audience, encourage loyalty, and support the broader marketing goals. You are a strategic thinker and a master of email marketing, with a knack for crafting compelling campaigns that engage and convert. With an analytical mind and a creative spirit, you understand the importance of data-driven decisions and personalised content. You're ready to take the lead in developing the podcast’s email marketing strategy, driving audience growth, and enhancing listener engagement through innovative and targeted email initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with the podcasts and their business objectives. Deep knowledge of email flows that serve extraordinary engagement.
  • Audience Growth: Work closely with our wider marketing team to implement tactics to grow our email subscriber base while maintaining high engagement levels, utilizing segmentation and personalisation strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and targeted outreach, to achieve specific marketing targets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and subscriber behavior to inform future strategies, using data to drive decisions and report on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and explore innovative email marketing techniques and technologies.

  • Creative Content Creator: Adept at crafting engaging and persuasive email content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: With a strong analytical background, you rely on data to guide your strategies, continuously seeking ways to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Adaptable and Agile: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment, you're able to adapt strategies based on evolving trends and insights.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Strong experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics software.
