We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to play a key role in their team and drive deeper engagement with their growing audience.



The Role:


As the Email Marketing Executive you’ll collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to develop and execute compelling email campaigns for high-profile podcasts. You’ll focus on driving audience growth and retention through creative and data-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission to enhance the podcast experience for millions of listeners globally.




Key Responsibilities:


- Campaign Creation & Execution: Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns that resonate with their audience, from newsletters to promotional content.

- Subscriber Growth & Engagement: Drive subscriber growth using segmentation, personalisation, and retention strategies.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimise engagement and guide future strategy.

- Learning & Development: Stay on top of industry trends and continuously develop your email marketing knowledge.




What We’re Looking For:


- Experience: Previous experience in email marketing is preferred, but a passion for digital marketing and strong communication skills are essential.

- Skills: Strong copywriting, analytical, and data-driven mindset. Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and experience with A/B testing is a plus.

- Mindset: Creative, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced start-up environment.
