We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie at a prestigious venue in Lancashire. This role is ideal for a culinary professional passionate about delivering first-class food and service within a dynamic catering department.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess at least a Level 2 Food Safety certification and Level 2 in Food Preparation
  • Strong commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent culinary skills with the ability to produce a variety of dishes
  • Creative and efficient, with a knack for minimizing waste and maximizing quality
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work with fresh produce and move between prep and service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality food as directed by the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and related areas, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Assist in managing food inventory, including receiving and storing deliveries as needed
  • Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menu planning
  • Ensure all departmental and legal food safety documentation is completed accurately
