Zachary Daniels are pleased to be partnered with a vibrant and innovative health/ nutrition brand based in Cheshire. The brand are currently looking for a new CRM/ Loyalty Manager to join the team. This is a brand-new role for the brand and is a really key, senior hire for them You will join an existing passionate and driven in-house marketing experience team.


You're an exceptionally well organised and analytical marketing expert with a keen eye for detail and a passion for turning data into actionable insights to deliver a highly targeted and best-in-class customer experience. You're an excellent communicator with exceptional analytical skills who can bring data to life for a number of different stakeholders. You're excited to use your experience to further build the brand's data infrastructure and can implement ways of working that sets the business up for success.


Role Summary: Customer Loyalty and CRM Manager


Responsibilities:


Customer Loyalty Programs:

  • Design, implement, and manage programs to boost retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyse program performance and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams for consistent messaging.


CRM Management:

  • Oversee and optimise CRM systems for relationship management and marketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.


Customer Engagement:

  • Create personalised experiences to strengthen relationships.
  • Execute targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and behaviour.
  • Monitor interactions and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams for cohesive management.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise loyalty strategies.


Experience Summary:


The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer experience, proven expertise in customer loyalty or CRM management, and a strong grasp of CRM systems (like Salesforce and HubSpot or equivalent). They should be analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools is required, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively. The candidate must be goal-oriented, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of interpreting data to derive actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships, along with a creative approach to developing innovative customer engagement strategies, are essential.
