Position Overview:

The Head of HR will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client by leading all recruiting initiatives and building a high-performing team. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in HR management and a passion for identifying and nurturing talent in the AI and tech sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the AI and tech industries.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Onboarding: Design and execute an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and set up for success.
  • Talent Development: Identify training and development needs and implement programs to foster employee growth and career advancement.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring the company attracts and retains talent from all backgrounds.
  • HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in the tech or AI industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
