Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Solar Business Development Manager at SIG Roofing in the South East of England, with flexibility for remote work. The Solar Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving solar business growth in the region. Working and upskilling internal & external staff, identifying new customer opportunities, building and maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing strategic growth plans. They will also advise on the regional stock holding and planning of training with external and internal teams. Ability to design and produce solar arrays and advantage.

- Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies
- Experience in identifying and growing market opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Project management skills
- Strategic planning and analysis abilities
- Experience in the construction or renewable energy industry
- Driving licence essential
