We’re a national law firm with a local reach. Our philosophy is ‘we're legal and financial experts that care’ – something you’ll find in the way we work with our clients and how we support our teams. But we’re more than just a law firm – we’re a team of people working together to help individuals and businesses navigate life’s ups and downs. Working here you’ll feel a part of our friendly and inclusive environment.
We’ll value you for who you are and what you bring. We support each other and push boundaries to achieve incredible things and make a real difference to our clients and communities.
We're always looking to support our colleagues to work in a way that works best for them and everyone else, including our clients, the business and the regulators. Please speak to one of our Talent Acquisition team for more information.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing Manager to join our Business Development & Marketing team. Note, this is a regional position so whilst we are open in terms of your location, you will need to travel to various Irwin offices on a weekly basis.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s market presence and support business growth.
This role involves coordinating regional activities, supporting the opening of new locations, and collaborating with various teams within the Business Development and Marketing department.
The Regional Marketing Manager will serve as the primary contact for Regional Managing Partners and ensure alignment with the firm’s overall brand and external communications strategy and beyond and will be a key player in our GTM ambitions. Exact duties will include:
- Coordinating regional marketing activities to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation in local markets
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the opening of new office locations within the UK
- Preparing and managing regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives and brand guidelines
- Implementing lead capture methods during events and ensure timely follow-up to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers
- Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Working closely with the Business Development, Campaigns and Events, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to understand and measure the success of a campaign
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- The ability to tailor marketing strategies to meet the needs of both B2B and B2C clients
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrable experience running end to end marketing campaigns with clear and engaging content
- Demonstratble experience in regional marketing management, specifically across account based campaigns.
