At Silverleaf, we put passion into the people and the product above anything else. We dedicate over 40 hours a week to production behind the scenes of all of our drinks in our flavour lab with access to modern progressive equipment and techniques including fermentation, distillation, carbonation and clarification.

Silverleaf uses an advanced new BOH system called Ethyl which records all of our homemade and batching specifications with full scaling capabilities with a full backlog of our development and classics, working with us gives you full access to this.

Our relationship with suppliers allows us to fill our specially built whisky cabinet and tasting room Alba with some incredible liquids, including the Papi Van Winkle range, the BTAC collection, the Yamazaki 2022 special releases, several independent bottlers and great distilleries.

Working as the Assistant Manager, your main role will be assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of Silverleaf. You will be responsible for being the main point of contact in the general manager's absence. You will be in charge of training and development and maintaining high service standards. You will assist the general manager with the activations and global footprint of Silverleaf. You will help oversee Wet COS% alongside the senior bartender, ensuring the profitability of all items sold and that stock take and orders including fruit orders are completed in a timely manner. You will assist with payroll and rotas and ensure that the ePOS is up to date when required/in GM's absence.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Assist the general manager with the day-to-day operations of Silverleaf

Be the main point of contact in the general manager's absence.

Overseeing Wet COS% - maintaining high profit margins

Overseeing stock orders and fruit orders, ensuring stock levels are maintained adequately.

Overseeing payroll management and rota creation.

Work with the general manager and Purchasing to maintain the EPOS system.
