As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide an incredibly high-touch service, adopting a consultative approach to build lasting relationships. You will be a resilient and true business partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand the business strategy and resourcing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Market Insight: Provide current insight on market trends, competitors, and proven talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage high-calibre candidates for senior roles through targeted approaches, direct sourcing, networking, and industry research.
  • Innovative Selection: Develop and implement innovative and fair selection methods using structured interviews and assessment tools.
  • Candidate Experience: Build an enviable candidate experience that attracts top talent to the business.
  • Compensation Analysis: Monitor and analyse compensation packages and competitor benchmarks, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, offering regular updates to stakeholders.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from initial brief to offer acceptance, ensuring timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data, analytics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proactive and experienced in managing a full end-to-end recruitment process in the UK.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to advise and coach managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Experience in a growing and scaling business is a distinct advantage.
