About the role:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce, with a specific focus on estates recruitment and corporate roles. You will be at the forefront of identifying and securing talent. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to sharpen their recruitment skills in a vibrant and fast-paced setting


What You Will Do:


  • Lead the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage all phases from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will focus on estates recruitment as well as wider corporate roles within CareTech.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Craft and implement recruitment strategies that attract candidates, aligning with CareTech’s mission and values.
  • Engage Talent: Use diverse sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate and Advise: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand departmental needs and provide expertise in recruitment best practices.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining effective communication and timely updates.
  • Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness: Utilize ATS and recruitment tools proficiently to track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to refine processes continuously.
